About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to prepare customer orders and handle incoming materials. The role pays $24 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. The associate works in a warehouse environment, operates a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), uses RF devices, and follows safety requirements, including use of personal protective equipment. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.

Nice To Haves

0–5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Follow safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
