About The Position
This Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through MWI Animal Health, a Cencora brand serving animal health markets globally. The position performs warehouse activities involved in fulfilling and shipping customer orders and maintaining product quality and a safe, clean work area. The stated schedule is Monday at 11 a.m. until finish, and Tuesday through Friday at 12 p.m. until finish. Pay is $20.30, including shift differential. The role requires working the listed shift and overtime; overtime is mandatory in most Distribution Centers to support real-time delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard-working, and dependable, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime.
- Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently.
- Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
- Comfort walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
- Stock and restock products, pick and pack customer orders, and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
- Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
- Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
