About The Position
This Warehouse Associate role supports Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through MWI Animal Health. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders, tracking and verifying products for distribution, maintaining a clean work area, and, depending on shift assignment, checking received products against receiving documents and reporting discrepancies or visible damage. The position is based in a climate-controlled facility and requires repetitive manual work, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard-working, dependable, and punctual, with reliable attendance.
- Ability to work the listed shift hours and overtime; overtime is mandatory in most Distribution Centers.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks consistently.
- Ability to work with RF scanning equipment.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift; steps vary by role and shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or distribution experience; 1 year or less preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stock and restock products; pick and pack customer orders; and prepare outbound shipments.
- Use equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries.
- Depending on shift assignment, verify received products against receiving documents and note and report discrepancies or obvious damage.
