About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by picking orders, receiving freight, handling inventory, replenishing stock, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role requires open availability and a full-time schedule. The advertised compensation is $20.00.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in environments exposed to hot and cold elements.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous experience operating a pallet jack.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets in the warehouse, including non-stock merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for warehouse personnel.
• Place stock orders as required.
• Count and receive incoming merchandise, and report shortages or overages to management before required deadlines.
• Count merchandise returns and complete the appropriate vendor-return paperwork.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
• Organize merchandise for annual inventory.
• Assist with inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
• Notify management about out-of-stock merchandise.
• Assist with stocking stores and backrooms.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Pick orders and receive freight.
