About The Position

The Stock Associate performs general stockroom duties at Hudson’s Chicago O’Hare International Airport location. Duties include picking and ordering products, pricing merchandise, receiving freight, loading and unloading trucks, and replenishing the sales floor. The role requires full-time availability for any shift and any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and work in conditions exposed to both hot and cold elements.

Requirements

• Previous stockroom or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets in the stock area, including non-stock merchandise.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for stock personnel.
• Place stock orders as required.
• Count and receive incoming merchandise and report shortages or overages to management before required deadlines.
• Count merchandise and complete paperwork for vendor returns.
• Receive freight and load and unload trucks.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged and outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
• Organize merchandise for annual inventory.
• Assist with inventory and reconciliation of inventory variances.
• Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise.
• Assist with stocking stores and backrooms.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling.
• Pick orders and price products.
