About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Lebanon, Tennessee. The role supports the holiday rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages and helping ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for Friday-through-Sunday shifts. The position is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law, and a seasonal bonus of $500 may be available subject to eligibility and other terms. The assignment is scheduled to run from October 27 through January 1; continued employment is not guaranteed, although seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends.

Shift options are 12:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, on either Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday. Hours may vary with business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The work is physically active and includes handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Associates stand or walk for extended periods and frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat. Warehouse temperatures may vary, and temperature-control capabilities may be limited. The employer describes the work environment as safe and clean.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
