Warehouse Associate - Evenings
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Lebanon, Tennessee facility. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the operations team by sorting and loading packages while maintaining quality and following safety protocols. The position requires working on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse where seasonal temperatures may vary. Employees may be scheduled for one of two afternoon-to-midnight shifts or until the end of sort, with hours varying according to business needs. Weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) receive an additional $1.00 per hour incentive. Base pay is $19.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to stay on your feet while working.
- Able to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
- Able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers.
- Sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for delivery.
- Follow safety practices and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
