Warehouse Associate - Evenings
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Fontana, California location. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations by handling packages with attention to quality and safety. Work includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, loading delivery trucks, and cooperating with the team to complete the work. The listed shift is 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with multiple schedules available; hours may vary based on business needs. The shift ends after required sorting work and cleanup activities are completed as directed by site management. Pay is $19.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Remain on your feet while working.
- Work in warehouse heat and cold as seasonal temperatures vary.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety practices and help maintain a safe work environment.
- Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load trucks for deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete the work.
