About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Fontana, California facility. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team, with a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the team. The listed schedule is Saturday through Monday, 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on business needs. Work continues through the completion of required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Pay is $19.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and help maintain a productive and secure work environment.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
