About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to smooth warehouse functioning, with a focus on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. Associates unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery while working collaboratively with the operations team.

This is a weekend role scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. The shift is 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The position is at 565 S Pinnacle, Romeoville, Illinois. Pay is $18.90 per hour, including an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for weekend work.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary with the seasons, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
