About The Position

Cadence Petroleum Group, doing business as Hoosier Penn, is a growing distributor of automotive, commercial, and industrial lubricants. The company is recruiting a Warehouse Associate for its Indianapolis facility to support its continued growth and provide a high level of customer service. The role handles inbound and outbound shipments, order selection, and preparation of orders for daily package route deliveries. It also involves operating a forklift safely, maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness, and providing professional customer service. The position includes physical work such as lifting, moving, pushing, and pulling products and equipment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Ability to safely load and unload products according to the size of the load and its content description.
Ability to meet the physical demands described, including frequently lifting and/or moving up to 65 pounds unassisted and pushing or pulling more than 200 pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound truck loading and unloading while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
Operate a forklift in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Build orders for daily package route deliveries.
Select and pick orders.
Safely load and unload products according to load size and content descriptions.
Keep the warehouse clean by completing assigned cleanup responsibilities.
Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
