About The Position

This is a temporary seasonal warehouse position helping move packages through the holiday rush. The associate safely unloads, sorts, moves, and loads packages and helps ensure they reach their next destination safely and on time. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The role is based at 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115, and pays $18.00 per hour. The seasonal assignment runs from 10/27 to 01/01, with a $500 seasonal bonus subject to eligibility and other terms. Continued employment after the season is not guaranteed, though team members may be considered for available permanent positions based on eligibility and availability.

The shift is 3:30 PM–2:00 AM or until the end of sort, with options to work Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday. Hours may vary based on business needs. End of sort means completion of required sorting and cleanup as directed by site management. Overtime may be required based on business needs and is paid consistent with applicable law. The position involves extended standing or walking, repetitive package handling, and work in warehouse temperatures that may not be controlled.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
