About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Houston, Texas. The role supports the holiday package rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages and keeping the workspace organized. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position pays $17.50, is eligible for overtime pay as provided by law, and offers a $500 seasonal bonus subject to location, assignment, eligibility, and payment conditions. Shifts are 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or until the sort is complete, with options to work Sunday through Wednesday or Thursday through Saturday. Hours may vary according to business needs. The season runs from October 27 to January 1. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent positions after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
