About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by working independently and as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly. The role is in a fast-paced, non-temperature-controlled environment and requires accuracy and strong time-management skills. The position is full-time and non-exempt.

Requirements

• Perform essential duties accurately and efficiently, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the company.
• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Sit and/or stand for 8–10 hours a day or longer.
• Frequently lift 5–50 pounds throughout the day.
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, ship, or load orders accurately.
• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory in appropriate locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Safely operate equipment and machinery.
• Apply labels and markings accurately to identify materials and orders.
• Read production schedules, order forms, and requisitions.
