About The Position

Pay It Forward Flooring is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support warehouse operations in Las Vegas. The role involves receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and effective teamwork. Compensation is $16.00–$22.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Basic math skills for inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role.
Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of inventory management software or systems.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
Previous experience in a retail or flooring industry.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store products according to company procedures.
Pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment if certified.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to comply with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and management to fulfill orders and improve processes.
Promptly report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to management.
