About The Position

Pay It Forward Flooring is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish/English) Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and ensure receiving, distribution, and storage run smoothly and efficiently. The manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and organized inventory, processing orders and shipments accurately and promptly, and ensuring invoices are error-free. The role involves working with heavy orders, loading, and required warehouse equipment, including large equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized and has warehouse operations or logistics experience, a forklift license, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
At least two years of management experience.
Previous warehouse or logistics experience; at least two years.
Forklift license.
Ability and willingness to work with heavy orders, perform loading, and safely operate required warehouse equipment.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent leadership skills.
Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including large equipment.
Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are satisfied.
Provide quality customer service.
Hire, train, and manage warehouse employees.
Create work schedules.
Manage stock from receiving through pickups and deliveries.
Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations.
Educate employees on safety guidelines and reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to support coordination across the company.
Ensure inventory is correct and organized, orders and shipments are processed accurately, and invoices are error-free.
