About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory; fulfilling customer orders; and supporting daily shipping and receiving. The role handles materials efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. Work takes place in a warehouse environment that may involve noise and hot or cold temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and handle freight or materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English; Spanish bilingual ability may be required in specific locations.
• Comfort using basic math in daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience or certification is preferred; training and certification may be obtained after hire through company training.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
