About The Position

Choose products accurately and build pallets to complete customer orders for proper shipment in accordance with Souto's quality and performance standards. This role involves order picking and handling materials, with an emphasis on accuracy, safe handling, and meeting standard warehouse productivity requirements.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to read and write, with basic math skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to reach, lift, and stack cases weighing from 1 to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate a single or double pallet jack.

• Bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select and organize the correct products and build pallets according to SQF standards, ensuring products are not damaged during delivery.
• Seal and tag containers, verify order accuracy, and sign pick tickets to confirm orders.
• Safely operate a single or double pallet jack.
• Reach, lift, and stack cases weighing from 1 to 50 pounds.
• Complete all training documents and follow procedures related to SQF.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
• Become proficient in Warehouse Management Systems.
• Meet and comply with standard warehouse productivity requirements.
