About The Position

The Warehouse Picker Order Selector accurately picks beverage products by matching product numbers and items using a voice-audio headset. The role involves repeatedly hand-stacking cases weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to overhead in a defined pattern on pallets, hand shrink-wrapping completed orders with labels, and moving them to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. The employee may also perform general warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties. This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and continuing until finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The job involves working in a fast-paced environment and staying active throughout the shift.

Requirements

Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and lift for the entire duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, from floor to overhead.
Ability to work with a headset and voice-activated order-selector picking system.
Ability to hand shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities
