About The Position

Pacific Coast Trane/Fix Air is hiring a parts warehouse service associate in San Jose, California. The role supports efficient warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, equipment upkeep, and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to warehouse operations. The position pays $21 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
Comfort using ERP systems and standard office software.
Ability to lift or move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to occasionally work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
Coordinate with freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries and handle urgent or expedited shipments.
Stock, organize, and rotate inventory to support optimal flow and warehouse efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure safe operations.
Monitor and replenish warehouse and office supplies as needed.
Prepare, stage, and fulfill customer orders, including daily will-call pickups.
Support a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
