About The Position

MUZA Sheet Metal is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Associate (Pre-Apprentice) to support daily warehouse operations at its Oshkosh facility. The role helps keep materials organized, supports order fulfillment, and coordinates warehouse activity with other teams. The position includes receiving and inspecting shipments, staging and loading materials for job site deliveries, tracking inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Forklift and other warehouse equipment training is provided. The job involves standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day, working around large equipment and elevated platforms in warehouse and loading dock areas, and occasional outdoor exposure.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Basic organizational and communication skills.
Comfort using computers or learning basic inventory systems.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Ability to work safely around large equipment and elevated platforms.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience; certification can be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
Help stage, load, and organize materials for job site deliveries.
Support inventory counts and material tracking.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Communicate with fabrication and field teams as needed.
Follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment after training.
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Be reliable and punctual, maintain a positive and respectful attitude, and participate in scheduled training and meetings.
Show initiative and interest in developing skills.
