About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support logistics and distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves following safety and quality procedures and helping maintain a safe, clean work environment. The schedule is 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $22.90 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential.

Requirements

Forklift operation skills and ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English at a level necessary to perform essential duties.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60–90°F or more.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; the company will not sponsor employment visas.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

Follow safety, health, quality, food safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Operate forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
Complete and file required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
