About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Wis-Pak’s logistics and distribution operations. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, tracking inventory and shipments, completing required documentation, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position is located in Norfolk, Nebraska, and is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $22.90 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential.

Requirements

• Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 60°F to 90°F or higher.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, food safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
• Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
• Complete and file required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
