About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support logistics and distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, tracking inventory and shipments, and completing required documentation. You will help maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety, health, quality, food safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures. The role is based in Norfolk, Nebraska, and is scheduled from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $22.90 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential.

Requirements

Forklift operation skills and ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform essential duties.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 60–90°F or more.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
Complete and file required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
