About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, energetic individuals for a production-driven warehouse loading and unloading position in Ocala, Florida. The role supports efficient warehouse operations by safely loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound freight. Compensation is based on production, with average daily earnings of $200–$250 and typical pay ranging from $16 per hour to $25 or more per hour, based on cases loaded and unloaded. Greater productivity offers greater earning potential.

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday (Front Half), with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Some shifts may end early depending on freight volume, and overtime may be requested by the site. The work is on-site and requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
• Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for accurate tracking.
• Move rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Stack freight securely while maintaining speed and quality.
• Remove floor-loaded cartons from incoming trailers.
• Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
• Scan and sort cartons into designated containers.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.
