About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations during the holiday season. Associates contribute to safe, productive package handling by unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, moving packages, and loading delivery trucks. The work involves extended periods of standing or walking and repetitive physical activity in a warehouse where temperatures may vary and temperature control may be limited. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

The position is at 565 S Pinnacle Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446. The listed shift is Saturday-Wednesday, with hours of 4:00 AM–8:00 AM or until the sort is complete, including cleanup as directed by site management. Hours may vary based on business needs. Work may include overtime when required by business needs and scheduled weekends or holidays when needed. The season runs from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Pay is listed as $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and the role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform the physical tasks described, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds; the posting also describes handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform other repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in varying hot or cold warehouse temperatures.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
