Warehouse Associate (Part-Time, Days)

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks for receiving, storing, and shipping products. The work may include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery, supporting the efficient flow of products from vendors to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products they need to care for patients. This part-time role is scheduled for 21 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; shift end times may vary based on work demands. The pay rate is $21.80 per hour. The position is bonus-ineligible. Benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and access to wages before payday through myFlexPay. Training is provided starting on the first day. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire shift.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience is not required; candidates with little to no experience are welcome.
Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and obtain certification to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
