About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks necessary for receiving, storing, and shipping products, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The team supports efficient product flow from vendor receipt to shipment to internal and external customers. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products needed to care for patients. Training is provided beginning on the first day.

This part-time position is scheduled for 21 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shift end times may vary based on work demands. The pay rate is $21.80 per hour, and the position is not bonus eligible. Benefits listed are 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and access to wages before payday through the myFlexPay application.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
• Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Warehouse experience is not required; candidates with little to no warehouse experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
