About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, including preparing outbound customer orders and processing incoming materials. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), using RF devices, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
Forklift operator experience.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
