About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise in accordance with departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. You will receive training in a specific department and be cross-trained to work across multiple warehouse areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor. The posted hourly rate is $21.00. The listed salary range is $18.27–$20.19; actual starting pay depends on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing as business needs require.
Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
