About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Neiman Marcus standards. You will receive training in a specific department and be cross-trained to work across multiple areas as needed, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing. The position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the Department Supervisor. Success requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing merchandise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to be cross-trained and work in various warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shifts.
Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts of up to 12 hours, with scheduled breaks.
Depending on the work area, ability to use stairs.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing based on business needs.
Handle and process merchandise according to Neiman Marcus standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods as required.
