About The Position

Warehouse Associates prepare, package, ship, and receive orders accurately and efficiently to support timely customer delivery. The role includes maintaining organized work areas, inspecting items for quality, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth warehouse operations. The position is located in Aurora, Colorado, and works Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency using receiving software and systems.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software.
Forklift certification; advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Process shipping labels and documents, and stage products for transportation or pickup.
Inspect incoming goods for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor or the purchasing department.
Update inventory systems for received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
Complete receiving logs, file paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Coordinate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations to support workflow and accurate stock levels.
Organize and maintain a clean, hazard-free receiving area.
Process returned or defective goods and coordinate with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
