About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. Team members contribute to a team-oriented environment and help support the company’s continued growth. The work is varied and may include helping customers, selling shoes, and maintaining the store. This is a seasonal, part-time role in Aurora, Colorado, with a stated pay range of $16.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and driven to work hard and succeed.
• Be comfortable speaking with people.
