About The Position

Warehouse Associates accurately and efficiently prepare, package, ship, and receive orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. The role includes maintaining organized work areas, inspecting items for quality, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth warehouse operations. The position is in Aurora, Colorado, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in receiving software and systems.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software.
Forklift certification; advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Process shipping labels and documents, and prepare products in staging areas for transportation or pickup.
Inspect incoming goods for defects, damage, or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory-tracking records.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
Collaborate on receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality-control operations to maintain smooth workflow and accurate stock levels.
Organize and maintain the receiving area, keeping it clean and free from hazards.
Process returned or defective items and coordinate with vendors or suppliers regarding replacements or credits.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
