About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise according to departmental and Exemplar Luxury Group standards. The employee receives training in a specific department, is cross-trained, and is expected to work across multiple areas as operational needs require. Requirements

Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency sufficient to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Work across warehouse responsibilities including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on business needs.
Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet Exemplar Luxury Group standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Follow operational and safety protocols and company policies.
Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
