About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for receiving and processing incoming products, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing stock within the assigned department. The role includes handling and weighing products, verifying parts and order quantities, meeting customer-specific order requirements, and maintaining inventory and shipping supplies. The associate also helps keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing, and verbal interactions, to comply with safety protocols and operational procedures.
Ability to stand and walk on level surfaces for prolonged periods.
Ability to talk and hear, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds for 70% of the day and up to 65 pounds for 30% of the day.

Nice To Haves

Similar job experience.
RF handheld experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick parts.
Weigh products using the proper scales.
Check part numbers and quantities with a high degree of accuracy.
Pack orders into shipping cartons and verify that all components are accounted for and assigned to the correct customer.
Read customer order notes and fulfill any special customer requirements.
Unload freight and check in products.
Stock parts in the proper locations.
Maintain stock and shipping supplies.
Assist with physical inventory counts and perform inventory audits as needed.
Notify the Department Lead or Department Supervisor of stock shelf issues.
Report defective materials or products, shortages, and questionable conditions to the Lead or Supervisor.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
Follow all safety rules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
