Weekend Shift Warehouse Associate

About The Position

Warehouse Operations performs and controls manual or automated tasks needed for receiving, storing, and shipping products. Warehouse team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products they need to care for patients. The role follows established order-fulfillment processes, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The position works a weekend schedule: Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (or until the task is completed), and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (or until the task is completed).

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability and willingness to work in a refrigerated environment at 36°F–42°F for up to 10 hours or longer.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technology such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment according to established processes.
Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory-control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to operate material-handling equipment as required by job duties, such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
