Weekend Shift Warehouse Associate

About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs manual or automated tasks necessary to receive, store, and ship products. The role supports the efficient flow of products from vendor receipt through shipment to internal and external customers. Team members receive and fulfill orders so customers have the products needed to care for their patients. The weekend shift is Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (or until the task is completed), and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (or until the task is completed). Training is provided starting on the first day.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability and willingness to work in a refrigerator environment at 36°F–42°F for up to 10 hours or longer.
Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write English to process documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with technologies such as computers or point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duties.
