About The Position

The Warehouse Associate handles loading and unloading freight at the company’s White Haven, Pennsylvania warehouse. The role involves moving packages between conveyor systems and trailers, scanning freight, and organizing loads and containers safely and efficiently. It is an active, physically demanding position requiring continuous movement, lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. The position is full-time and on-site, with a four-day workweek consisting of four 10-hour shifts. Night shifts run from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with schedules of Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday. Compensation is productivity-based; typical daily earnings are $200–$250, equivalent to an average of $16–$25 or more per hour, with earnings tied to completed volume and opportunities for top performers to earn more. Overtime may be available based on operational needs.

Requirements

Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Have dependable transportation to and from work.
Be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

Transfer packages from conveyor systems into outbound trailers.
Use handheld scanning equipment to track freight movement.
Move rolling containers and cages throughout the facility.
Build organized, secure trailer loads while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Remove packages from inbound trailers and place them on conveyor lines.
Scan freight during unloading.
Sort packages into designated containers, cages, or staging locations.
