About The Position

Verde Clean is hiring a Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. The role is scheduled Friday through Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and pays $18 per hour. The custodian cleans and maintains facility spaces, replenishes restroom supplies, identifies and reports safety hazards, and provides courteous assistance to staff, visitors, and teammates. Verde Clean is a minority-owned, eco-friendly facilities services company founded in 2019. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and interact courteously with others.
Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Comfort using basic cleaning tools and equipment.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom essentials such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels; fill dispensers and monitor facility supplies.
Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor.
Help maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members.
