About The Position

Verde Clean is hiring a full-time Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and the pay is $18 per hour. The Custodian cleans and disinfects facility areas, restocks restroom supplies, identifies and reports hazards, helps maintain building security, and provides courteous assistance to staff, visitors, and teammates. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and interact courteously with others.
Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Comfort using basic cleaning tools and equipment.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred.
Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and wipe down desks, tables, counters, and other surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom essentials, fill dispensers, and monitor supplies across the facility.
Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor.
Help maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members.
