About The Position

Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts. Set up tools, fixtures, and materials accurately; calculate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and output; inspect parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy; detect and correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions; and follow all safety standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work various shifts based on production needs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or machining experience.
• Previous experience with Okuma and Mori Seiki CNC machines.
