About The Position

Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory in the shipping department. The role involves physically moving inventory, operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, following safety procedures, and conducting daily safety inspections. Duties may also include delivering customer orders using a light van or delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move inventory around the warehouse as required.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and materials in accordance with the equipment’s intended purpose and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse, follow Company safety procedures, and perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, identify and break down materials, and note discrepancies.
• Store products in the proper location according to the outlined process; use light equipment when required.
• Select and pack customer orders according to the outlined process and customer standards.
• Perform Delivery Driver duties as needed, including operating a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders in line with customer expectations.
