About The Position
American Bolt Corporation, a family-owned fastener distributor, is hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate for its shipping team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The position is primarily focused on shipping and order fulfillment, with opportunities to support other warehouse functions as business needs require. The role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, first-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Pay is $19.50–$20.50 per hour, based on experience. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and a physical and oral-swab drug screen at a clinic.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or related warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality using bolt gauges and other inspection tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in Receiving, Kitting, and other warehouse functions as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Support team objectives to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
