About The Position

The Shipping - Warehouse Associate performs daily shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks, staging or pulling selected orders for daily shipment, and supporting operations across three warehouses. The role also involves general housekeeping as directed by management. The position supports factory operations by handling materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a forklift operator.
Forklift certification.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under time constraints and juggle or prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks and incoming vehicles.
Relocate incoming materials or production to appropriate destinations.
Use an RF scanner for picking, relocating, and production tasks.
Locate, stack, or palletize finished goods for shipping.
Stage or pull selected orders for daily shipments.
List production activity and log completed tasks.
Follow organizational and applicable state and local safety policies and procedures.
Identify workplace hazards.
Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.
Participate in general housekeeping as directed by management.
