About The Position

The Shipping - Warehouse Associate supports factory operations by sourcing raw materials and packaging while helping support and build the company’s brand. The associate performs daily shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and staging or pulling selected orders for daily shipments across three warehouses. The role also includes general housekeeping as directed by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Forklift certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and juggle or prioritize responsibilities.
• Accountability, reliability, and dependability.
• Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clear, concise facts comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and relocate incoming materials or production to their proper destinations.
• Use an RF scanner for picking, relocating, and production tasks.
• Locate, stack, or palletize finished goods for shipping.
• Stage or pull selected orders for daily shipments.
• List production activity and log completed tasks.
• Follow organizational and applicable state and local safety policies and procedures.
• Identify workplace hazards.
• Optimize loads to support operational efficiency.
• Participate in general housekeeping as directed by management.
