Warehouse Associate (1st shift) - Entry level pay starting at $18.50/hr
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate stocks materials in the warehouse and throughout the facility and handles receiving, put-away, and picking of parts. The role locates and delivers materials to manufacturing and other departments, moves materials to designated locations, replenishes parts, and maintains orderly, accessible storage and 5S compliance. The associate records inventory movements, performs cycle counts and daily picking-equipment inspections, and follows safety procedures, including PPE and fall protection requirements where necessary. Other duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Some warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Power equipment experience; an OSHA-approved license is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Ability to work extended hours.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.

- An OSHA-approved power equipment license.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Skill in ERP/MRP systems.
Responsibilities
- Stock materials in the warehouse and throughout the facility.
- Receive, put away, and pick parts.
- Perform warehouse cycle counts.
- Locate and deliver materials to manufacturing according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
- Move materials from the warehouse, dock, or trailers to designated locations as required.
- Deliver materials to using departments and warehousing departments.
- Restock parts as needed.
- Move and deliver products safely and without damage.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner and maintain 5S compliance in the designated area.
- Perform appropriate transactions when inventory is moved.
- Perform and document daily inspections of picking equipment.
- Observe and follow safety procedures, including standard PPE use and fall protection where necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
