1st Shift Warehouse Associate- Starting pay $19.00 hr
About The Position
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing stock. The role receives, places, loads, and unloads stock; verifies shipping and receiving documents and product counts; and operates packaging and material movement equipment. The associate works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, uses technologies such as RF scanners, barcodes, and WMS, supports safety initiatives, and meets performance standards set by the manager. The position is DC-based, may involve travel up to 5%, and does not include staff supervision or development. The anticipated pay rate is $19.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and handle items weighing 51 pounds or more with assistance, intermittently, for up to 12 hours per day.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with technologies such as RF scanners, barcodes, and WMS.
- Ability to function in a flexible workforce environment based on operational needs.
- Must meet performance standards determined by the manager.
