About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and promptly handling incoming and outgoing stock. The role involves receiving, placing, loading, and shipping stock; verifying documents and product counts; and using packaging and material movement equipment. The position is DC-based and may require travel up to 5%.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted and items weighing 51 pounds or more with assistance, intermittently, for up to twelve hours per day.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with technologies such as RF scanners, barcodes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to function in a flexible workforce environment based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

Receive, place, and load incoming and outgoing stock.
Verify receiving and shipping documents and product counts.
Operate packaging and material movement equipment.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks and ensure the correct items are shipped.
Support safety initiatives.
Meet performance standards as determined by the manager.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
