About The Position

Fullscript is hiring Warehouse Associates at its Riverside, California warehouse. Associates help practitioners and patients receive the products they need by scanning, picking, packing, and preparing orders as part of a supportive team. The role involves completing daily tasks using handheld scanners, warehouse systems, and on-screen instructions, while helping the team meet shipping goals. This is a full-time warehouse position with a day shift, a 5x8 schedule based on business needs, mandatory Sunday shifts, and possible overtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets.
• Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded.
• Comfort working a 5x8 schedule based on business needs, including mandatory Sundays and overtime.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous warehouse experience, ideally in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Follow on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks.
• Pick, pack, label, and safely move pallets and packages.
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products.
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals.
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed.
